How to use a Super Taper/Tape Puller
1. Mix Mud — to a smooth, creamy consistency ideally in a mud bucket
2. Attach tape roll — Set the tape roll onto the taper and secure in place with pin. Run the tape through the taper body and out the end of the taper. Run tape back up the taper body to the top of the taper and close the door
3. Determine amount of mud applied to the tape — Using the dial on the tape puller, set the amount of mud you want applied to the tape. Loose will apply a thick layer of mud, while a tighter setting will apply less
4. Insert Super Taper — Insert taper into the bucket resting the taper on the side of the bucket in the vertical position so the tape is coming out the top
5. Grab a second bucket/box — Have a bucket or box available to put the mud covered tape into. Consider the Super Taper Belt to strap bucket/box of mud covered tape to carry your tape on your person
6. Pull tape through the Tape Puller — Slowly pull tape through the tape puller and depositing into the bucket/box
